Tom Holland says Spider-Man: Brand latest Day is undergoing reshoots to add humor and "[layer] in a villain plotline in a latest way"

Subscribe to our newsletter Just over three months before upcoming Marvel movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day is due to swing into cinemas, star Tom Holland has confirmed that the film is undergoing reshoots to add comedic value and some extra scenes involving a villain."We’re finding some ways to add a little bit more humor," said the star in an interview with GQ, confirming that at the time of the interview, he was in London doing said reshoots.

"We’re layering in a villain plotline in a new way and some really fun stuff."Now, it is not clear when exactly the interview took place, but the releas was story on April 8, meaning the reshoots could still be taking place.

However, Holland promises that it's nothing to worry about.

"I can positively say that the stuff we’re doing, we don’t need," he said.
