Subscribe to our newsletter The Mandalorian and Grogu will be blasting onto our screens very soon – and, by the sounds of things, there'll be a time skip since we last saw the titular duo.In The Mandalorian season 3 ending, Din Djarin and Din Grogu settle on Nevarro.

According to new Star Wars book The Mandalorian: The Visual Guide (via The HoloFiles), Mando and Grogu have "grown quite comfortable on Nevarro between assignments" and have "made a life for themselves." That certainly sounds like we might be jumping ahead a little bit on the Star Wars timeline.Now, what that actually means for the movie remains to be seen, since it looks to be pretty standalone.

But, with Ahsoka bringing Grand Admiral Thrawn back to the main galaxy – along with Ezra Bridger – there could be wider galactic goings on that influence the plot of this film.
