Breaking: Marvel TV boss wants the MCU to follow Stranger Things and put its shows on the big screen: "Maybe we could do it for the finale of Daredevil"

Subscribe to our newsletter Marvel Television boss Brad Winderbaum wants Disney Plus shows to get theatrical releases – and he thinks the Daredevil: Born Again season 2 finale could be a good place to start."I want to do that so bad," Winderbaum told The Escape Pod podcast when asked if he was interested in following in the footsteps of Netflix and Stranger Things by showing significant episodes in the multiplex.

"Maybe we could do it for the finale of Daredevil… We gotta do it."There are still four more episodes to go until we get to the finale, so we'll have to wait and see if this season really does culminate in theaters.

There's certainly a financial motivation to bring the Man Without Fear to the big screen, though – the Stranger Things season 5 finale brought in $25 million during its limited theatrical run around fresh Year's Day.
